During three weeks you will learn how to use the Lean Startup methodology in order to develop a validation plan to your company or new line of products. You will work in groups in order to develop the assignments of the course.
Themes: Market Segmentation and Most Criticial Assumptions
Activities: Most of the activities are developed in group sessions during the week. You and your group have to brainstorm and complete the first part of the validation plan canvas: Most Crucial Assumptions
Themes: Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and Experiment Design
Activities: Your and your group continue working on your validation plan. With your most crucial assumptions defined you design the MVP and the experiments to test the assumptions.
Themes: Group work
Activities: Groups use the third week of course to further develop their validation plan and prepare a final presentation to their colleagues.
